For recent custody battle of Mel Gibson with Oksana Grigorieva to take away baby Lucia’s custody, Mel Gibson’s lawyer will appear in court on coming Monday to ask judge awarding him custody.
According to the court documents, in attempting baby custody from Oksana Grigorieva, Mel Gibson’s lawyer will request Judge Scott Gordon to award Oksana baby visitation but denying her overnight visits. Scott Gordon has also warned Oksana Grigorieva that she will lose custody battle if talked to the media.
