Piers Morgan Slams Harry and Meghan as ‘Deluded’ Over Humanitarian Award, Schofield Says Meghan Must ‘Keep Her Mouth Shut’

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have come under fire for their recent humanitarian award victory, with critics accusing them of becoming “deluded” on the public stage. The panel on Piers Morgan Uncensored didn’t hold back in their critique, calling out the Sussexes for what they view as a contradiction between their award and their actions.

The conversation began with an accusation from one of the panelists, who argued that Harry and Meghan winning a ‘humanitarian’ award was “ridiculous,” given that they are “the least humanitarian people” the speaker had ever known. Piers Morgan himself took a jab at the couple’s comparison of their Netflix deal with the Obamas, saying, “The delusion to compare yourself to a former American President isn’t the reality that their star is plummeting pretty quickly in America?”

Morgan further added that the root of the problem lies in the Sussexes’ desperate attempts to maintain relevance. “The problem with that is you see with Harry trying to get back in, see the King, is that they know the only currency for them that works is their association with the Royal Family,” he said, to Daily Express.

He emphasized that as Harry and Meghan distance themselves from the Royals, public interest in them diminishes. “The longer that Meghan and Harry aren’t being around the Royal Family, the less interest people have in them.”

Kinsey Schofield, another panelist, echoed Morgan’s sentiments, suggesting that Meghan Markle’s behavior is contributing to their downfall. “She’s got to keep her mouth shut and she’s got to change her attitude,” Schofield said. She continued, adding, “I do think their star is falling, the chaos we’ve seen over the last few weeks with Meghan Markle.

I think they look very anxious and desperate right now, and that’s not a great look for the British Royal Family either, because they insist on using their titles.” Schofield also highlighted the ongoing issues with one of Prince Harry’s charities, African Parks, which has faced setbacks.

According to the BBC, just days ago, the charity announced it was “initiating discussions” after Chad’s government decided to re-partner with the organization despite earlier severing ties over accusations of failing to control poaching.

The panel’s heated conversation pointed to a growing frustration with Harry and Meghan’s public image, suggesting that their recent moves could be driven by desperation and a desire for relevance, especially as they continue to rely on their royal titles.
