Meghan Markle’s highly anticipated women’s wellness retreat in Sydney is days away, but the guest list is still in flux with a handful of rooms quietly returning to availability at the last minute.
The Duchess of Sussex’s event, Her Best Life, is scheduled to take place at the five-star InterContinental hotel at Coogee Beach, with packages starting from £1,400. Despite being initially advertised as fully booked, organisers have confirmed that a limited number of spots have reopened following changes in existing bookings.
Taking to Instagram, the organisers announced “final last-minute availability,” pointing to a small selection of single and double rooms that had come back on offer just days before the retreat is due to begin. With a total capacity of 300 attendees, the event remains exclusive, though it has not sold out.
The retreat promises a carefully curated blend of wellness sessions, personal conversations, and community-building, all set against a scenic beachfront backdrop. Meghan is set to headline a fireside chat alongside co-host Gemma O’Neill, with programming designed around connection and personal growth.

Those who have opted for the VIP package, priced at £1,700, will receive private accommodation and guaranteed photo opportunities with the Duchess. Standard ticket holders will still enjoy full access to the main programming and may have the chance to capture their own moments following the sessions.
Excitement among attendees has been building steadily online, with several guests describing the retreat as a “once-in-a-lifetime” opportunity not only to meet Meghan in person but to connect with a broader community of like-minded women.
The event marks one of Meghan’s most high-profile public appearances in Australia to date, and with the remaining rooms expected to go quickly, those still on the fence may not have long to decide.
