Meanwhile, Dr. Michael Niccole, founder of CosmetiCare Plastic Surgery Center and MedSpa in Newport Beach, told Nicki Swift that Noem’s transformation suggests more than just injectables.
“The skin on her neck appears tighter, her facial contours more defined, and her skin tone and texture are dramatically improved,” he noted. “It’s likely she’s undergone a neck lift and a mini facelift.” Dr. Niccole estimated that the total cost of her suspected procedures could exceed $25,000, including potential lip fillers and advanced facial treatments.
