Omega De Ville Prestige collection elevates Swiss prestige with pearl adorned timepiece

Since it’s inception in 1848, Omega has come a long, luxurious way. Not only has the Swiss marque been first official timekeeper of the 1932 Olympic games but also active in maritime movement and sailing, and ultimately space exploration.

And while a luxary watch like the “Seamaster Pro” is proud to have been worn and advocated by 007/James Bond characters, the prestige of the watch company rests with the aptly christened Omega De Ville Prestige collection.

Latest in this popular selection is a mother-of-pearl butterfly pattern adorned angelic addition.

The Omega De Ville Prestige line has been updated and upgraded over the years, always retaining the Prestige’s timeless, classic aesthetic.

Perfectly sized and poised to display the same is its new De Ville Prestige timepiece. On the one hand (no pun intended), it enchants by drawing on natural beauty and on the other, it entices with mechanics that are state-of-the-industry.

Along with the captivating dial and satin-brushed leather strap, the watch exudes grace by way of its diamond and white gold inlaid artistry.

Nine diamond indexes are set in 18K white gold holders and a date window at 6 o’clock while a diamond-paved butterfly faux flutters between 7 and 8 o’clock positions.

The 18K white gold bezel gleams with more than 50 full-cut diamonds and the polished hour, minute and seconds hands are fashioned from the same precious metal to match the case and embellishments.

A domed, scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment on both sides protects the dial while a Co-Axial calibre 2500 powers this marvelous entrapment.

The De Ville and Omega logos are engraved on the vertically brushed case back and like all Prestige timepieces, these models are water resistant to 3 bar (30 metres / 100 feet).
