Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance

Ghost Rider Spirit of Vengeance

Ghost Rider Spirit of VengeanceGhost Rider is another film based on a superhero’s comics. The movie is 3D but not matches with the editing. Overall it is an alright film and similar film was made five years ago with a different crew.

Apart from the superhero’s comics Ghost’s Rider’s Jhonny Blaze is a perfect name and it is very attractive as well. The name describes the thrill for danger which is found in the film at many occasions. An animated prologue tells us that Blaze made a pact with Satan when his father is very sick for some form of health care. After which the hero wander around the earth on a motorcycle with fire on his head which was also there in Ghost Rider picture Cage which was made five years ago. Blaze has to rescue a young boy who has been kidnapped by the devil’s team.

Spirit of Vengeance was directed by Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor, but there’s no trace of the energy, mischief and gleeful that made their Crank films with Jason Statham such fun – perhaps because of its 12A certificate.

The movie has a lot of odd socks in it for example the 3D does not match with the editing. The script is often elsewhere in the movie which is a drawback. But at the same time people want entertainment and some might actually like the movie so there is no harm in going and watching it.
