Machine Gun Kelly, also known as MGK, could have a long-term future with Megan Fox, but only if he demonstrates meaningful personal change, according to a source.
The couple reportedly ended their relationship during Thanksgiving weekend in 2024 after Fox discovered something upsetting on MGK’s phone. Since then, speculation has continued about the status of their relationship, particularly following recent interactions on social media.
According to a source cited by Star, MGK’s behaviour remains a key factor in determining whether a reconciliation is possible.
The source said the artist is “addicted to chaos … and being an instigator,” adding that while this approach may suit his music career, it presents challenges in personal relationships.

“That ‘anything goes’ attitude plays fine on the concert stage and in the recording studio, where he’s been rewarded for taking big, counter-intuitive risks. However, “in a romantic relationship, it’s poisonous.”
The source further stated, “Change doesn’t happen overnight, but if MGK really wants a shot at long-term happiness, with Megan or anybody else, he has to show that change is underway and it’s real.” They added, “Knowing MGK, I just don’t think he’s there yet.”
Recent attention has focused on MGK’s comments on Fox’s Instagram posts, which prompted speculation about a possible reunion.
The source noted that Fox’s return to social media drew significant attention, stating, “Of course Megan’s head-turning return to Instagram freaked him out.”
Despite the speculation, another source told TMZ that “nothing has changed,” adding that the pair are currently focused on co-parenting their 11-month-old daughter, Saga Blade.
