Emily Blunt has responded to accusations that she was the co-star who allegedly yelled at Rebecca Ferguson, firmly denying any such behavior. The situation came to light after Ferguson, during an appearance on the Reign with Josh Smith podcast, hinted at an unpleasant experience with a former co-star who made her leave a set in tears after yelling at her.

Although Ferguson is 40, she ruled out Hugh Jackman and Tom Cruise, with whom she worked in “The Greatest Showman” and the “Mission: Impossible” series, respectively, leading to speculation about Blunt’s involvement.

However, Blunt’s representative quickly addressed the rumors, emphasizing the strong friendship between Blunt and Ferguson. The spokesperson assured the Daily Mail that the two actresses share a bond filled with nothing but affection, thereby dismissing any claims of discord.

“I remember there was a moment when this human being was being so insecure and angry because this person couldn’t get the scenes out,” she said. “And I think I was so vulnerable and uncomfortable that I got screamed at.”

“But because this person was number one on a call sheet, there was no safety net for me. So no one had my back. And I would cry walking off set,” she added.

The controversy arose following Ferguson’s recounting of an incident with an unnamed co-star, whom she described as an “absolute idiot” and someone she would never choose to work with again. This revelation sparked widespread speculation and attempts to identify the individual in question.

The Rock went to social media, and wrote, “Hate seeing this but love seeing her stand up to bulls**t. Rebecca was my guardian angel sent from heaven on our set. I love that woman. I’d like to find out who did this”

Amidst the unfolding drama, Dwayne Johnson, who has shared the screen with Emily Blunt, extended his support to Ferguson. This gesture highlighted the solidarity and support within the entertainment community, especially in times of controversy or misunderstanding.
