Kim Kardashian Uses Hypnotherapy as Sources Say “The Scars From Kanye Are Very Deep”

Kim Kardashian is said to be exploring new ways to process the pain of her marriage to Ye, with sources revealing she has turned to hypnotherapy as part of her healing. Reports suggest her sister Kourtney Kardashian was the one who encouraged her to seek out additional help to confront what insiders are calling “deep scars” from the relationship.

An insider told Heatworld magazine that Kim has relied on hypnosis in the past and found it to be effective in clearing old trauma. “Kim’s used hypnosis in the past as part of her therapy, to clear old trauma, and she does find it helps,” the source explained.

The insider stressed, however, that the process will not be quick. “Unfortunately, the scars from Kanye are very deep, so this isn’t a one-and-done sort of healing journey,” they said.

Kim is reportedly taking her recovery seriously and is willing to try any method that might help her move forward. “She is turning to all sorts of things to try to get through this and she goes twice a week to hypnotherapy right now, but may ramp it up because it’s really helping,” the insider added.

The reality star has spoken before about the difficulties she endured during her highly publicized marriage. Ye’s unpredictable behavior was a recurring source of tension, much of which played out in the public eye.

In a particularly emotional episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kim broke down while reflecting on how her husband had changed over the years. “It’s really confusing to me… so different to the person that I married, because that’s who I loved and that’s who I remember.

I’d do anything to get that person back,” she said at the time. Her words offered a glimpse into the struggles that would eventually contribute to the end of their relationship.

Kim and Ye married in 2014 and finalized their divorce in 2022. Since then, Kim has been open about the challenges of moving on while raising their four children. With the support of her family and a renewed focus on her well-being, she is now leaning on therapy and hypnotherapy to heal from what those close to her describe as lasting wounds.
