Kelley Wolf receives strict new court order in ongoing divorce battle

American actor Kelley Wolf has been placed under a new no-contact order that prevents her from reaching out directly or indirectly to her estranged husband, Scott Wolf, or their three children.

According to reports from foreign media, a judge issued the protective order just days after Kelley was arrested for violating an earlier temporary agreement. The order bars her from any form of communication with Scott or their children until the next court hearing.

Scott Wolf, best known for his role in Party of Five, married Kelley in 2004. The couple shares three children: Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11. They announced their separation in June and have since been locked in a bitter divorce and custody dispute. Scott currently holds temporary sole custody of the children after filing for a restraining order against Kelley.

Tensions escalated last month when Kelley launched a series of social media attacks against her husband. In Instagram posts, she called Scott the “most hated man on earth” and demanded he allow the children to see her. She then posted his personal phone number online, which led to a flood of calls and text messages from strangers.

Following Scott’s complaint, Kelley was arrested on August 26 in Utah. She was charged with electronic communication harassment and the electronic disclosure of personal identifying information. She was booked at the Summit County Jail in Park City and released two days later.

The new order lays out strict restrictions. Documents state that Kelley is prohibited from committing or threatening any form of violence against Scott or their children, including stalking, harassment, or physical abuse. She must remain at least 300 feet away from them at all times.

The only exception allows her to engage with Scott during mediation sessions with a court-approved mediator concerning divorce or custody matters. Additionally, she is banned from consuming drugs or alcohol and may only visit the family home with a police escort to collect her belongings.

The next hearing in the case is scheduled for September 10, when the court will review the order and determine further steps in the custody and divorce proceedings.

The developments mark another dramatic chapter in the couple’s increasingly acrimonious split. Once known as a reality television personality from The Real World: New Orleans, Kelley now faces legal scrutiny as her personal life continues to unravel in public view.

For Scott, the court’s decision provides temporary stability as he cares for their children while the legal battle continues to unfold.
