Jenna Jameson was arrested for battery on Saturday (06.04.13). The former porn star – who turns 39 tomorrow (09.04.13) – was picked up by police just hours before she was due to attend an early birthday party following an altercation in the Balboa Peninsula neighbourhood of Newport Beach, California, at around 8 pm.
According to source, the alleged victim put Jenna under citizen’s arrest and then flagged down a police officer, who arrested the adult film star for battery. She was later released, but it is unclear if she made it to her birthday party at Heat Ultra Lounge in Anaheim later that night.
The incident comes less than a year after the actress pleaded guilty to driving under the influence (DUI) following an incident in which she crashed her car into a lamppost in May 2012. Jenna – the star of numerous adult films such as ‘Udderly Ridiculous‘ and ‘I Love Lesbians 10‘ – originally pleaded not guilty to the charge and another of driving without a valid licence, but the second count was dropped due to her guilty plea. – Femalefirst
