Cassie Ventura, one of the lead witnesses in the upcoming federal trial against music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, was recently seen in New York City, visibly pregnant, just days before she is expected to take the stand.
The 38-year-old singer, known for her hit single Me & U, appeared outside a brownstone apartment wearing a light grey sweatshirt and white linen pants, holding a cell phone, according to PEOPLE magazine. Her appearance comes as the high-profile trial is set to begin on May 12 in the Southern District of New York.

Cassie, whose full name is Casandra Ventura, is expecting her third child with husband Alex Fine, whom she married in 2019. The couple share two daughters Frankie, born in December 2019, and Sunny, born in March 2021. The singer first hinted at her relationship with Fine in December 2018, just two months after her final split from Diddy. They tied the knot the following August.
Ventura’s upcoming testimony marks a significant moment in the federal case. Initially identified in court documents as “Victim 1,” Cassie is now scheduled to testify under her real name, detailing the abuse she allegedly endured during her tumultuous relationship with Combs, which lasted from 2007 to 2018.

“I was at rock bottom,” he said in a statement, calling his behavior “inexcusable.” Now facing serious federal charges, Combs — referred to in official documents as inmate 37452-054 is accused of racketeering, sex trafficking, and multiple counts of abuse and rape involving several individuals.
