Former couple Jessica Simpson and John Mayer have reportedly reunited. The couple had separated in 2007 after seeing each other for a year, after which Simpson dated American football star Tony Romo, while Mayer was linked to Jennifer Aniston.
“They’ve always had an amazing connection. Jessica is kidding herself that her and John stand a chance,” Contact music quoted a source as telling In Touch magazine. Romo had dumped Simpson on the eve of her 29th birthday in July.
Recent reports had revealed that the singer was depressed after the break-up.
