Justin Baldoni is facing fresh accusations from an unnamed individual who is expected to testify in the upcoming trial involving Blake Lively. In a sworn statement, the person alleged they had “repeated, negative interactions” with Baldoni, including verbal abuse.
A source confirmed that this individual is likely to appear as a witness in Lively v. Wayfarer Studios, a case set to begin on March 9, 2026, in New York, according to E! News.
The new claims follow a sexual harassment complaint filed by Lively, 38, against Baldoni, 41, in December 2024. Lively accused Baldoni of misconduct during the filming of their 2024 movie, It Ends with Us, and alleged he orchestrated a retaliatory smear campaign. Baldoni has denied all allegations.

In the updated declaration, the accuser stated that they specifically requested Baldoni not be involved in the marketing or public relations of an unnamed project. They also recounted a meeting with Steve Sarowitz, co-founder of Baldoni’s production company, Wayfarer Studios. A source clarified that the project was not It Ends with Us.
Attorneys for both Lively and Baldoni have said that the actor-producers plan to testify when the case goes to trial. In February, Lively claimed that two of her female co-stars from It Ends with Us agreed to testify regarding their own experiences with Baldoni’s alleged behavior on set.
The accusations have cast a shadow over Baldoni, best known for his work as both an actor and filmmaker. His involvement in It Ends with Us, which he also directed and co-produced, has drawn intense scrutiny since Lively first filed her complaint.

Legal analysts note that the addition of new witnesses could strengthen Lively’s case and raise further questions about Baldoni’s conduct in professional settings. The trial is expected to attract significant public and media attention, given the prominence of both stars and the wider conversation around workplace misconduct in the entertainment industry.
Wayfarer Studios has not issued a new public statement in response to the latest sworn declaration. Baldoni has previously said through representatives that he intends to fight the claims vigorously in court.
As the March 2026 trial date nears, both sides are preparing to present testimony that could determine the reputations and careers of two high-profile figures in Hollywood.
