According to a royal insider who spoke to Closer magazine, the Princess of Wales has been trying to “tread carefully” when it comes to showing support for the York sisters, aware of the sensitive circumstances surrounding them. The source explained that Kate feels a quiet connection with Beatrice and Eugenie as fellow mothers but is wary of being drawn into controversy.
The renewed attention on their family comes after the Mail on Sunday published an old email from Sarah Ferguson to Epstein, in which she apologized to the convicted sex offender for “having to bash him.” Reports later claimed that Ferguson had sent the message out of fear he might pursue legal action against her.
