Prince Andrew has reportedly sparked renewed outrage within royal circles after fresh revelations linked to the latest release of Epstein-related files brought his past connections back into the spotlight.
In recent days, the former Duke of York has faced intense criticism as more details have emerged surrounding his ties to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. Reports claim the controversy has once again cast a shadow over the wider royal family, with Andrew’s behaviour described as particularly damaging at a time when the monarchy is attempting to focus on public duties and charitable work.
According to the reports, Andrew’s actions have left both palace insiders and members of his own family frustrated, especially as the public continues to scrutinize his past. Among the latest allegations are claims involving an “extremely inappropriate” photograph with a mystery woman, along with accusations that he invited Epstein to Buckingham Palace, despite Epstein’s criminal background.

Royal expert Rebecca English criticized Andrew sharply, suggesting he has shown little awareness of how his behaviour affects both the monarchy and the victims connected to Epstein’s crimes. Writing for the Daily Mail, English argued that Andrew has repeatedly failed to show sensitivity or restraint.
“Whether it be his ‘block-headed’ refusal to lie low for his last few weeks at Royal Lodge or his utter intransigence about even acknowledging the many victims of his good friend, Jeffrey Epstein, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor’s behaviour has been a masterclass in how not to play out a public scandal.”
English also expressed disbelief at Andrew’s apparent willingness to be seen publicly, despite the fact that he has largely lived away from official royal duties since stepping back from public life.
She noted that Andrew was recently spotted out horse riding and even waved at passersby, despite what she described as his continued “exile” from royal life.
“Courtiers, and indeed members of his own family, have watched aghast in recent days at the torrent of revelations emanating from the latest dump of Epstein Files out of the US,” Rebecca added.
The comments suggest growing concern behind palace walls that Andrew’s public appearances and perceived lack of remorse are only making matters worse. It is also reported that King Charles has urged his younger brother to keep a low profile, particularly after stripping him of royal titles and honours to distance the monarchy from the scandal.

Despite those efforts, Andrew’s name continues to resurface whenever new information about Epstein is released, reigniting public criticism and putting pressure on the royal family to respond.
Now, in what appears to be another attempt to reduce embarrassment, reports claim Andrew has moved out of Royal Lodge. It has been suggested that he has relocated to a home in Norfolk, possibly to avoid further attention and limit the negative impact on the royal household.
While Andrew has not publicly addressed the latest claims, the continued fallout shows that the scandal surrounding his association with Epstein remains a persistent problem for the monarchy, one that refuses to fade even years after the relationship first became public.
