US Senator Chuck Schumer has made a significant move in the realm of UFOs by introducing new legislation aimed at declassifying government documents concerning unidentified anomalous phenomena and UFOs.

The enigma surrounding Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs) and the possibility of extraterrestrial life has captivated people worldwide. In the United States, numerous unverified claims and persistent conspiracy theories have fueled speculation that the government is concealing crucial information on the matter.

To shed light on this intriguing subject, Senator Chuck Schumer has garnered bipartisan support, including from Senator Mike Rounds and Senator Marco Rubio, as he seeks to pass legislation for the declassification of government records.

In a groundbreaking tweet, Schumer revealed, “BREAKING: I’m introducing new legislation to declassify government records related to unidentified anomalous phenomena and UFOs as an amendment to the NDAA, modeled after the JFK Assassination Records Collection Act.”

Legislation Modeled After JFK Assassination Case Aims to Declassify UFO Information

Drawing inspiration from the commission responsible for releasing information on John F. Kennedy’s assassination, a new legislation has been proposed. This legislation grants the US President the authority to postpone the release of materials if there are national security concerns.

Once approved by the Senate, President Joe Biden will appoint a nine-person review board. The board will consist of individuals who advocate for disclosure while safeguarding sensitive intelligence collection methods.

In recent times, various unexplained aerial phenomena have been attributed to optical illusions, airborne debris, and similar explanations. Both the Pentagon and intelligence agencies have dismissed videos and other materials as lacking evidence of alien visitation.

Notably, a few months ago, the Biden administration thwarted a Chinese spy balloon hovering within US territory.
