Ingredients:
- Fresh mint
- 3 tots cherry liqueur (25 to 30 ml each)
- Strips of lemon peel
- Fresh berries
- 750 ml bottle Arniston Bay Sparkling Brut
- Fresh Berries
Method:
Add half a tot of cherry liqueur and finish with a long strip of lemon peel and a sprig of mint.
Place berries in a sparkling wine flute and fill three quarters of the way with sparkling wine.
