Lamar Odom appears to be reminiscing about his past with Khloe Kardashian. The former NBA star recently shared a series of emotional posts featuring old photos of himself and his ex-wife, along with reflective messages that caught the attention of fans.
Odom, 45, was married to Kardashian, 41, from 2009 until their divorce was finalized in 2016. Over the past week, he posted several photos on X, formerly known as Twitter, that revisited moments from their relationship and offered glimpses into his feelings years after their split.
On October 31, Odom shared a photo taken during Kanye West’s Yeezy Season 3 show in February 2016. At that time, the pair were estranged, but Kardashian was still helping him recover from a near-fatal drug overdose he suffered at a Nevada brothel months earlier. Alongside the image, Odom wrote, “Grace carried me when strength couldn’t,” seemingly acknowledging Kardashian’s support during one of the darkest periods of his life.
A day later, Odom posted two more photos from the same year, showing the two walking to church with Kardashian’s nephew, Mason Disick, and niece Penelope Disick. He captioned those images, “Pain doesn’t scare me anymore.”
Later, he shared a playful photo from their 2009 wedding, where the couple posed with Kardashian’s sisters Kourtney, Kim, Kendall, and Kylie. Odom wrote, “The vibe is simple. No stress, no mess,” reflecting a lighthearted moment from their happier days.
The posts come months after the former couple saw each other for the first time in nine years during a February episode of The Kardashians. During that meeting, Odom affectionately referred to Khloe as his “wife,” though she made it clear that she was not interested in rekindling their romance.
“I don’t have a lot of emotions for this meeting,” Kardashian said in a confessional on the show. “I have dealt with so much trauma in this relationship. For years, this was such the love of my life that to learn how to unlove someone, to have to go through all that, it’s almost like a death.” She added, “His calling me his wife, words are empty.”
While neither has commented further on the recent posts, Odom’s reflections suggest he is still processing their shared history. The pair’s relationship, once a reality TV fairytale, remains one of the most memorable storylines in the Kardashian family’s public journey.
