Khloe Kardashian is setting the record straight after renewed speculation surrounding her evolving appearance surfaced online. The 41-year-old Kardashian star responded directly to claims made by a London-based aesthetics doctor who publicly analyzed her look and listed alleged plastic surgery procedures she may have undergone.
Dr. Jonny Betteridge, founder of JB Aesthetics in London, shared his thoughts on Instagram, using recent photos of Kardashian attending Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez’s lavish wedding in Venice, Italy, as visual examples.
In the caption accompanying the post, Dr. Betteridge wrote, “Based on recent photos, I believe she may have had the following work done.” He then speculated that Kardashian has had “a temporal brow lift, upper blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty, lip filler, a face and neck lift, and a chin implant.”
“She looks dramatically different from a few years ago, and whether you see it as a glow-up or glam makeover, there’s no denying she’s created a bold new look for herself,” he added. The post quickly gained traction online, prompting Khloe to personally respond in the comment section — not with frustration, but with a mixture of gratitude and transparency.
“I take this as a great compliment!” Khloe wrote. “First off, I think these photos are about 15 years apart, but here’s a list of things that I have done. I’ve been very open in the past about what I have done, so here we go.” Kardashian then went on to list several cosmetic procedures she has undergone over the years.
She confirmed having a rhinoplasty performed by renowned Beverly Hills surgeon Dr. Raj Kanodia, often referred to as “Doc Hollywood.” She also revealed having laser hair removal treatments — including along her hairline — at Sever Laser Aesthetics.
Additionally, she shared that she had a benign facial tumor removed, followed by Botox and Sculptra injections at 7Q Spa & Aesthetics Centre to aid in recovery. Other procedures Khloe disclosed include SoftWave laser therapy for skin tightening, collagen “baby threads” under her chin and neck, as well as regular facials such as salmon sperm facials.
She also credited peptides, vitamins, and a dedicated daily skincare regimen as part of her beauty routine. Before concluding, the Good American co-founder added, “In 2025, there are many other things we can do before surgery, but when it’s timed, and if I choose to, I know some great doctors.” Her refreshingly candid response drew praise from fans, applauding her honesty amid a landscape often clouded by speculation and secrecy.
