A former assistant to Kanye West has reportedly gone into hiding after filing a lawsuit containing serious and disturbing allegations against the rapper. The woman, identified as Brianna Pisciotta, first initiated legal action in June 2024, accusing West of sending her explicit content, exposing himself, and making repeated unwanted sexual advances during her employment.
Now, in a recently updated complaint filed this month, in the updated claims, obtained by Variety, Pisciotta has expanded the allegations, adding charges of sexual battery, sex trafficking, oral rape, stalking, and false imprisonment. The accusations have drawn considerable attention due to their severity and the high-profile nature of the defendant.
West has denied all accusations, dismissing them as false.
According to court documents, Pisciotta was hired by West in mid-2021, at a time when she was running a successful OnlyFans account. She later joined West’s creative team and contributed to the production of his album “Donda.” As her involvement with West’s operations deepened, she was promoted within his organization.
In 2022, West allegedly persuaded Pisciotta to leave her content platform, promising her a $1 million annual salary in return. The lawsuit states that she agreed and was later promoted to Chief of Staff across his businesses, with her salary increased to $4 million per year.
However, Pisciotta alleges that West terminated her employment in October 2022 after she refused to comply with his sexual demands. In a chilling revelation, Pisciotta claims West moved into her apartment building, and in one incident, grabbed her by the throat. She further accuses him of trapping her aboard his private jet, where he allegedly masturbated in front of her.
The complaint also details that West allegedly made offers to other individuals that involved Pisciotta in disturbing sexual arrangements. Following the media attention surrounding the case, Pisciotta’s attorney confirmed that she has removed herself from the public eye.
“She is frightened and has been deeply affected by her time working for Mr. West,” the lawyer stated. The legal battle is ongoing, with the lawsuit expected to face significant scrutiny as more information emerges.
