First lady Dr. Jill Biden and vice president Joe Biden have been wed for approximately 45 years. The couple was married in 1977, but Joe had to ask Jill five times before she finally said yes.
The first couple wed in the chapel of the United Nations, and their reception lunch was hosted in New York City’s Sign of the Dove. Beau and Hunter Biden, Joe and Jill Biden’s sons, accompanied them on their honeymoon.
According to a recent report, Joe and Jill Biden’s 45-year marriage is now in such turmoil due to the strain of the White House fishbowl that it is believed they are quietly living apart.
Joe Biden And Jill Biden’s Marriage Crumbling Amid Brutal Brawls?
In the July 4, 2022 issue of National Enquirer, it was revealed that Joe and Jill Biden no longer spend much time together and that when they do, they frequently fight.
An unnamed source told the entertainment news outlet:
“Word is, they don’t even share the same bedroom.”
Apparently, Joe and Jill Biden have been engaged in a terrible verbal battle within the White House, but since they are so concerned about the Secret Service listening in, they only communicate by text. This has led to reports that their marriage has struck rock bottom. According to National Enquirer, Jill even admits that the arguments are referred to as “texting,” short for text-fighting.
In a previous interview, according to National Enquirer, Jill Biden admitted ripping into Joe Biden during a bitter blowout. The first lady revealed to the interviewer:
“I won’t tell you what I called him that time.”
Unnamed sources claim that Joe Biden’s determination on standing for reelection in 2024 is the cause of the first couple’s marital issues. According to rumors, Jill Biden worries that her husband’s apparent decline in health might be affected by a second term.

Meanwhile, this weekend in Delaware, Joe Biden was involved in an awkward accident in front of media and supporters. While stopping to talk to some fans, Jill Biden’s husband’s foot got caught on his right pedal.
However, White House personnel reassures the public that Joe Biden is unharmed and that the incident was only a small hiccup. The better half of Jill Biden managed to awkwardly get to his feet and seems to be good-natured about the incident, saying his foot got caught in the toe clip.
In a statement, the White House stated:
“As the President said, his foot got caught on the pedal while dismounting and he is fine. No medical attention is needed. The President looks forward to spending the rest of the day with his family.”
