Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck were seen spending time together during a relaxed and festive shopping outing in Los Angeles, offering a glimpse into their evolving post-divorce dynamic.
The former couple was spotted on Sunday at the Brentwood Country Mart, a popular upscale shopping destination. They were joined by Affleck’s youngest son, Samuel Affleck, as they browsed several boutiques and later sat down for a casual meal. The outing appeared low-key and friendly, suggesting the two remain on good terms despite having ended their marriage earlier this year.
Lopez, 56, and Affleck, 53, visited a number of well-known stores at the shopping center, including Sézane and Doen, before stopping at Farmshop to eat together. Their coordinated stop-and-go shopping hinted at last-minute holiday errands rather than a formal planned event, as per the Daily Mail.
For the outing, Lopez embraced an effortless, festive look. She wore a flowing A-line halter dress decorated with white polka dots, layered with a white knit sweater. She completed the outfit with cowboy boots and a small leather handbag, striking a balance between comfort and signature glamour. Affleck opted for a more understated but polished appearance, wearing a taupe button-down shirt with a matching blazer, paired with brown trousers and lace-up boots.
Thirteen-year-old Samuel kept things casual in a gray T-shirt, cream-colored sweatpants, and sneakers as he walked alongside the two stars. Samuel is the youngest of Affleck’s three children with ex-wife Jennifer Garner. The former couple also shares daughters Violet Affleck, 20, and Fin Affleck, 16. Lopez, meanwhile, is the mother of 17-year-old twins Emme Muñiz and Max Muñiz, whom she shares with ex-husband Marc Anthony.
The shopping trip came just one week after Lopez and Affleck were seen supporting their children at a school play featuring Emme and Fin. Although the pair divorced in August 2024 after two years of marriage, they have continued to show a united front when it comes to family matters.
By attending school events and spending time together with their children, Lopez and Affleck appear committed to maintaining a close, cooperative relationship, underscoring their shared focus on family during the holiday season.
