Brad Pitt is looking ahead to a fresh start with girlfriend Ines de Ramon following the finalization of his divorce from Angelina Jolie. A source told PEOPLE magazine that Pitt is relieved to have the legal battle behind him after reaching a divorce settlement with Jolie in December 2024.
“Brad is happy that the divorce is behind him,” the insider revealed. “Things are low-key for the family.” The Troy star has also found stability in his relationship with de Ramon, a jewelry designer he began dating in late 2022.

“They’re in a great place,” another source shared, adding that Pitt has been enjoying life without the weight of his long-running divorce proceedings. With his personal life on track, Pitt is also turning his focus back to his acting career. His highly anticipated Formula 1 movie is set to hit theaters on June 27, and insiders say he is fully invested in the project.
“Life’s good for Brad with no complaints,” a source added. While Pitt is moving forward, Jolie’s attorney, James Simon of Hersh Mannis, stated on December 30 that the actress was “exhausted but relieved that it was over.”

However, despite finalizing their divorce, Pitt and Jolie remain locked in a contentious legal dispute over their former shared property, Château Miraval, the French winery they once co-owned. Pitt sued Jolie in 2022 for selling her stake in the business to Tenute del Mondo, the wine division of the Stoli Group, without his consent.

The lawsuit alleges that the sale was illegitimate and violated prior agreements between the former couple. Jolie, in turn, has claimed that Pitt attempted to force her into signing a restrictive non-disclosure agreement that would have prevented her from speaking about alleged abuse during their relationship.
Pitt has denied all allegations of abuse against Jolie and their six children. As the legal battles continue, Pitt remains focused on his career and personal happiness, while Jolie seeks closure after years of legal disputes.
