This incident occurred during his solo visit to the Wrexham AFC stadium on March 1, where an individual from the audience posed the question about Catherine’s well-being, as captured in a video by Daily Mail.
The Prince of Wales has been attending public events by himself while Princess Kate, aged 42, has been at home recovering from the surgery she underwent in January. His solo appearances have become more frequent over the last three months, notable instances include his presence at the BAFTAs without his spouse.
However, when another fan asked him for a selfie, William had an answer right away. “Can I say hello to the team? I’ll come back,” he said.
Besides his attendance at the recent football stadium visit, Prince William engaged with students at a Welsh elementary school in celebration of St. David’s Day.
