Prince Harry is reportedly concerned about his wife, Meghan Markle’s, overwhelming work schedule, urging her to slow down as she pushes forward with her ambitions. According to an insider close to the Sussexes, the Duke of Sussex feels his wife already has a “full plate” and is worried about the toll her work is taking on her well-being.
Speaking candidly to Star Magazine, the source revealed that Meghan’s intense work ethic has led her to work late into the night, juggling numerous meetings and efforts to expand her business ventures. “Meghan’s up until all hours, taking meetings, working every angle she can to expand her empire,” the insider said, adding that she’s “obsessed with this idea of becoming this huge mogul.”
However, the insider noted that Meghan’s ambitions may be spreading her too thin. “Instead of focusing on one thing, she’s trying to do it all,” the source explained. “The word is she’s now planning to launch a make-up line to try and capitalize on that trend.” Despite the allure of new opportunities, the insider revealed that Harry is concerned it’s “way too much.”

Harry’s primary worry, according to the source, is that Meghan is at risk of burning out and losing sight of what truly makes her happy. “She keeps saying all this work is for their future and for the kids, but her crazy schedule is taking so much of her time and attention, she hardly seems present for the day-to-day,” the insider shared.
Despite her husband’s concerns, Meghan remains determined to keep moving forward with her plans. “She won’t hear it,” the source said. “She’s convinced she’s finally being taken seriously in the business world, and she wants to keep the momentum going.”
The insider also highlighted a significant difference in priorities between the couple, with Meghan’s focus on career growth and Harry’s desire for a more relaxed lifestyle. “She has such huge ambitions, but all Harry wants is to relax and enjoy the life they’ve built,” the insider concluded.
