Miley Cyrus has revealed she is unafraid of stepping away from stardom if the time ever comes when performing no longer feels right. In a recent conversation with Pamela Anderson for CR Fashion Book, the singer of Flowers opened up about her relationship with fame and how she has learned to evolve over the years by constantly “redesigning, reimagining, re-inspiring.”
Pamela praised Miley’s “cutting-edge” personality during the discussion, a compliment the pop star accepted while reflecting on her unconventional approach to both career and life.
“I love doing things my way, through my own very unique process—not just the creation I share, but the design of my life,” Miley explained. “I’m always redesigning, reimagining, re-inspiring.”

She recalled her early start in show business, noting how young she was when she first committed to the path of fame. “Before I take any big leap in my career, I always think while lying in my bed, ‘Wow, I really jumped on a train when I was 11 years old, and I’ve never gotten off,’” she said.
“I made a decision at 11, and I’ve never stopped. I made this deep commitment, and I never questioned it or reexamined it.” When asked if she felt satisfied with that decision in her late 20s and early 30s, Miley responded positively. The answer, she said, has been “yes” so far.
Still, she acknowledged that one day her feelings could change—and that possibility does not scare her. “I’m not afraid of the day it’s no,” Miley admitted. “I don’t know if that day will come—when this no longer has my heart the way it does now. Like you said, there could be a season where all of this no longer interests me, and that’s okay.”

The singer, who first rose to fame as the star of Disney’s Hannah Montana, has long been open about reinventing herself both musically and personally. Her comments suggest she continues to embrace the idea of change and is willing to accept a future where her creative focus may shift again.
For now, Miley remains one of music’s most dynamic performers, but her reflections show a willingness to step back if the passion fades, underscoring her belief in living life on her own terms.
