Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker may soon be expanding their family once again. The couple, who welcomed their son Rocky less than two years ago, is reportedly eager to give him a sibling.
The 45-year-old reality star, known for her role on The Kardashians, is already the mother of three children with her former partner Scott Disick. She shares Mason, 15, Penelope, 13, and Reign, 10, with Disick, and has often spoken publicly about the joys and challenges of co-parenting.

According to a report from RadarOnline, the couple is committed to adding another baby to their family. A source close to the pair confirmed, “They’ve been trying the old-fashioned way pretty much nonstop.”
The insider also revealed that if natural conception does not succeed, the couple is open to other options. “If that doesn’t work this time, using a surrogate is on the table. That worked out well for [her sisters] Kim and Khloe,” the source added.
Surrogacy is not unfamiliar territory for the Kardashian family. Kim Kardashian shares four children with ex-husband Kanye West. While her first two children, North and Saint, were conceived naturally, her youngest children, Chicago and Psalm, were born through surrogacy.
Khloe Kardashian has also relied on surrogacy to expand her family. She welcomed her son, Tatum, with ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson via surrogate, while her daughter True was conceived naturally. Both sisters have spoken candidly about their experiences, often crediting surrogacy with allowing them to safely grow their families.
Kourtney, who married Barker in 2022, has frequently emphasized how much she enjoys being a mother and how important family life is to her. Her journey with Barker has been closely followed by fans, many of whom celebrated the arrival of Rocky after the couple navigated fertility struggles that were highlighted on their reality series.
