Prince Harry Plans something big as Meghan Markle Dominates the spotlight: ‘Now It Is His Time’

Prince Harry is getting ready to make his own bold move back into the spotlight, and it sounds like he’s had enough of being known as the “spare” in more ways than one.

According to a source speaking to the Mail on Sunday, “Harry is unkindly described as the ‘spare’ to Meghan’s endeavours.” But they say that’s far from the full picture. “In reality, he has been giving her the space to flourish. Now it is his time to throw himself into exciting new work.”

While Meghan Markle has been busy growing her brand with projects like her Netflix series With Love, Meghan, her lifestyle label As Ever, and her podcast Confessions of a Female Founder, Harry has kept a relatively low profile. But that’s about to change.

The same source added that Invictus will “always come first” for Harry, but he’s also been cooking up commercial ventures of his own behind the scenes.

This fresh push from Harry comes as both he and Meghan work to take back control of their public image. With their popularity ratings taking a hit, they’ve restructured their team in a big way.

Each of them now has their own chief of staff, creating what royal expert Charlotte Griffiths describes as a structure that mirrors the traditional setup of a royal household.

Speaking to GB News, Griffiths explained, “So what he’s done is he set up around himself the exact thing that he’s been railing against all these years, which is a really concrete, firm structure of a hierarchical, top-down kind of PR voices on his behalf and chiefs of staff.”

She continued, “And it’s basically a royal house. This is like a faux royal household.”

The Sussexes’ new setup, according to Griffiths, is all about building a stronger defense—especially against the harsh spotlight of the British press. “With this new structure, they actually protect him from reading the British tabloids, so they basically read on his behalf the British tabloids,” she said.

“And the point of the new household is this kind of shield around them that protects them.”

For Harry, the timing seems intentional. As Meghan carves out her lane in media and lifestyle, he’s now stepping forward with plans to launch his own ventures while maintaining his focus on Invictus, the veterans’ organization he’s long championed.

The shift in strategy also reflects a growing desire by the couple to manage their image with precision. After years of being at the mercy of press headlines and online narratives, they are building a more structured, controlled environment—one that feels a lot more like the royal machinery they once stepped away from.

Now, as Harry prepares to roll out his own projects, he’s stepping into his own spotlight—no longer just Meghan’s plus-one, but a force with his own plan.
