Kim Kardashian has reportedly reached her breaking point with ex-husband Kanye West and is now taking serious steps to protect their four children, telling the rapper in no uncertain terms to “stay away from my kids.”
The drama escalated following a livestream by Kanye West on April 30, 2025, during which the 47-year-old rapper expressed frustration over not seeing his children—North, 11, Saint, 9, Chicago, 7, and Psalm, 6—whom he shares with Kardashian.

Wearing a black face mask, West slammed his hands on a desk and declared, “I’m going to go get these kids, bro. I’m talking to the lawyers. It gets to the point where I don’t lose my f**** mind, where I got to get used to not seeing my kids.”*
According to Radar Online, Kim, 44, is increasingly alarmed by Kanye’s behavior, despite the couple agreeing to share physical custody when their divorce was finalized in 2022. The situation worsened earlier this year on March 14, when Kim reportedly requested an emergency custody hearing. The request came after she learned that North had been featured in a song with Kanye and Sean “Diddy” Combs, who is currently facing sex trafficking charges.
An insider told the outlet, “Kanye’s erratic behavior has caused things to seriously deteriorate. At this point, Kim is afraid to let him take the kids out of her sight for fear he won’t bring them back. She doesn’t trust him.” The source added, “Kanye’s angry outbursts are making her a nervous wreck, and she’s afraid of what he’ll do next.”
As concerns over Kanye’s mental health grow, Kim has reportedly taken further precautions to protect her family. She has bolstered the security around her $60 million mansion in Hidden Hills, California, and hired additional bodyguards.

The insider also explained, “Kim wanted the kids to be close to their dad, but when Kanye started acting erratic, she put her foot down.” This latest development underscores the growing tension between the former couple and suggests Kardashian is prepared to take all necessary steps to ensure the safety and well-being of their children.
