Fresh tensions are reportedly brewing within the royal family, as an insider claims Prince William is “absolutely livid” over Prince Harry’s recent return to the spotlight. Speaking to Heat World, the unnamed source revealed growing concerns within the royal household amid fears of further revelations from the Sussexes.
According to the source, Prince William was especially angered by Harry’s latest BBC interview, which has quickly gained traction across social media. “William is absolutely livid that Harry’s on the offensive again and giving interviews – he has no doubt that there’s worse to come,” the insider claimed.

The source also suggested that William suspects Meghan Markle may be involved behind the scenes. “He suspects that Meghan is involved in this, too,” the insider alleged. “He’s told everyone in the family to have as little to do with the Sussexes as possible, as anything they say or do could be used as ammunition against the family.”
This reported mistrust has prompted William to adopt a more defensive stance, believing that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have “essentially re-declared war on The Firm.” In light of that, William has urged the royal family to be cautious, especially when it comes to personal interactions with Harry and Meghan.
The insider added that William has even taken steps to limit his wife’s contact with his younger brother. “As much as William hates laying down the law with his own wife, he thinks this is the only way to protect the whole family,” the source said. “His biggest fear is that anything Kate says to Harry could be used against her or the family at a later date, especially if he goes ahead with another book or Meghan decides to do her own memoir.”

However, convincing the Princess of Wales may not be easy. “It’s a big ask,” the insider admitted, “and there’s no guarantee that she’ll agree to William’s demands. Kate cares very deeply about Harry and is desperately worried about him.”
Amid swirling speculation, Meghan Markle recently addressed the memoir rumors during her appearance on the Jamie Kern Lima podcast. When asked if she planned to write a book, her answer was vague but dismissive. “Of course, children’s books are great,” she said.
“And then I think people are often curious if I’m going to write a memoir, but I’ve got a lot more life to live before I’m there.” While no memoir has been confirmed, the royal family remains on edge, wary of what could come next from the Sussexes.
