Foxx sustained an injury and required stitches after being hit in the face with the glass.

According to a source who spoke to TMZ, the Oscar-winning actor, best known for his role in Ray, is “fully cooperating with the investigation” and is determined to press charges. The source added that Foxx “wants to press charges so this type of incident does not happen to others.”
