Royal biographer Tom Quinn has observed that Harry’s initial excitement about his new life in the United States is waning. “As time goes by, Harry misses some aspects of his old life in the UK,” Quinn said. Quinn believes that Harry’s “honeymoon period” in America, marked by new opportunities and a fresh start, is now fading. “Inevitably, the honeymoon period where everything in the States is new and exciting is coming to an end, and Harry is looking back at the past through rose-tinted spectacles,” he explained.
One of the key elements Harry is said to miss is his social circle from his time in Britain. “He misses his Old Etonian and army friends, many of whom have not visited as they don’t get on with Meghan,” Quinn shared.
