Meghan Markle hit with controversy as former employees claim she is ‘difficult’ to work with

Meghan Markle has been encouraged to shift her focus toward charitable causes in response to allegations that she is a “demanding” and “difficult” boss. The Duchess of Sussex has received key advice from a PR expert, who suggests that emphasizing her philanthropic efforts could help divert attention away from the negative reports surrounding her managerial style.

According to The Express, PR expert Megan Balyk praised Meghan’s ability to inspire young women, particularly during her visit to Cape Town, and recommended that she leverage her strengths in public speaking and nonprofit work to reshape her image.

“I had the chance to observe Meghan from afar when I was based in Cape Town,” Balyk shared. “I remember being so impressed with how much she inspired young females.”

Balyk suggested that Meghan should tap into this ability by focusing on public speaking and charitable initiatives. “If she could focus on public speaking at universities or dedicate herself to more nonprofit efforts, she could truly move the needle and make a lasting impact,” the expert explained.

By leaning into her strengths and continuing her charitable work, Meghan could not only deflect the ongoing claims about her leadership style but also further cement her legacy in the philanthropic world.
