According to sources, Kettler’s departure has fueled rumors about the work environment within the Sussex household.
One source told the outlet, “She belittles people, she doesn’t take advice. She marches around like a dictator in high heels, fuming and barking orders. I’ve watched her reduce grown men to tears.” The source also criticized both Meghan and Harry for being “poor decision-makers” who frequently change their minds, adding, “Harry is very charming, but he’s an enabler. And she’s just terrible.”
These harsh accusations have reignited earlier complaints from staff about Meghan’s alleged “bullying behavior,” which she previously dismissed as a “calculated smear campaign.” Now, a friend of the couple has hit back at the report, telling Fox News. that “the reporting is ill-informed and very one-sided.”

In a separate statement, Lady Victoria Hervey told GB News that Prince Harry appears to be “deprived of freedom” and “dependent” on Meghan.
She claimed that Meghan controls many aspects of Harry’s life, even preventing him from hosting a party for his 40th birthday. “I think she keeps him on a really tight leash,” Lady Victoria said. “You can see it in him… He’s deprived of freedom. She’s sort of his therapist and his babysitter.”
