Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Reportedly Face New Staff Shake-Up Dubbed a ‘Bloodbath’

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have reportedly suffered another major setback as multiple key staff members have exited their team, sparking renewed criticism and speculation about internal instability within their household.

According to People magazine, four team members have recently parted ways with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. The couple, who currently reside in Montecito, California, have since brought in new professionals to help manage what some are calling a growing internal crisis.

Commenting on the latest departures, royal expert Hilary Fordwich told Fox News, “This stands as another indication of the dysfunction and instability within their household.” Fordwich added, “Highly qualified professionals from many top-notch firms have previously struggled to thrive under the Sussexes. This latest bloodbath serves as solid confirmation.”

This isn’t the first time Prince Harry and Meghan have faced staffing challenges. Hello! magazine previously reported that the couple had hired “incredible people at the top of their fields,” yet their team has seen repeated turnover since they stepped back from royal duties.

Royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams echoed the growing concerns, noting that nearly 20 staff members have allegedly left the Sussexes’ team in recent years. “Something is clearly very wrong if you work for the Sussexes,” he remarked.

Fitzwilliams also referenced longstanding rumors about Meghan’s workplace reputation, saying, “There are those who would link this to the reputation Meghan has of being difficult to work with,” though Meghan has firmly denied such claims.

Beyond staffing woes, Fitzwilliams criticized the couple’s overall strategic direction, citing projects like their recent Polo documentary and controversial interviews. “They are dreadful at making plans,” he stated, highlighting their BBC interview and other media ventures that have drawn mixed responses.

One particular point of concern for royal commentators was a recent viral video showing the couple dancing playfully—a clip that some saw as tone-deaf amid their professional struggles. “This will haunt them,” Fitzwilliams warned. “With judgments as bad as this… You can’t blame staff for looking elsewhere.”

The Sussexes, who have built a media and lifestyle brand outside the traditional confines of the British royal family, continue to face public scrutiny as they attempt to stabilize their operations and reshape their narrative. However, the repeated staff exits may signal deeper issues behind the scenes that could hinder their future ventures.

While Harry and Meghan have yet to comment publicly on the recent staff changes, the mounting criticism from royal watchers and insiders suggests that all is not well within the Sussex household.
