Trump Scores Massive Supreme Court Win Deportation Crackdown Back On as ‘Woke Judge’ Gets Slammed

Supporters of President Donald Trump’s hardline immigration policies erupted in celebration Monday after the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in favor of the administration’s use of the Alien Enemies Act to deport Venezuelan migrants, reversing a lower court’s decision and energizing the MAGA movement.

The high court’s decision overturns a prior ruling from U.S. District Judge James Boasberg, who had temporarily blocked the administration from carrying out deportations under the centuries-old wartime statute. The appeals court had previously declined to interfere with Boasberg’s injunction, but the Supreme Court’s reversal gives Trump and his allies a significant legal and political win.

Attorney General Pam Bondi led the praise for the decision, calling it “a landmark victory for the rule of law.” “An activist judge in Washington, DC, does not have the jurisdiction to seize control of President Trump’s authority to conduct foreign policy and keep the American people safe,” Bondi wrote on X. “The Department of Justice will continue fighting in court to make America safe again.”

Several Republican lawmakers echoed Bondi’s sentiments across social media platforms, framing the ruling as a major rebuke of what they called judicial overreach. “Another huge win,” posted Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ). “Woke activist judges have no business blocking the President from exercising his constitutional authority.”

“MAJOR VICTORY: SCOTUS ruled in favor of President Trump and will allow deportations under the Alien Enemies Act to continue,” wrote Rep. Tom Tiffany (R-WI). “Judge Boasberg ignored precedent and must be held accountable. Now let’s get these criminal illegal aliens out of our country.”

Right-wing media figures and influencers were equally jubilant. Former Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly commented, “Bye Judge Boasberg!” as she reviewed the decision.

MAGA-aligned personality Gunther Eagleman posted, “SCOTUS just handed Boasberg his a– on a platter. They ruled against him and granted Trump the power to use the Alien Enemies Act of 1798. The Lawfare is crumbling!” He later added, “This is HUGE! DEPORT THEM ALL! EXPEL THE INVADERS!”

The reaction from prominent Trump supporters highlights the political significance of the court’s decision, which not only revives a controversial enforcement tactic but also strengthens the narrative of judicial vindication long embraced by the president’s base.

“HOLY S— The Supreme Court handed Donald Trump a MASSIVE win against Judge Boasberg,” the X account MAGA Voice declared. “All Rogue Judges should be disbarred. I LOVE ALL THIS WINNING.” With the ruling, Trump’s legal and political allies appear emboldened to continue pursuing an aggressive immigration agenda in both courtrooms and campaign rallies.
