Melania Trump’s Elusive Presence at Mar-a-Lago Stirs Curiosity as She Remains Missing from the Scene

Laurence Leamer, author and Palm Beach resident, has brought attention to the notably scarce appearances of former first lady Melania Trump at the Mar-a-Lago resort, now home to her and Donald Trump. In an interview with the Telegraph, Leamer delved into this topic, which has become a subject of discussion among regulars at the resort.

Leamer’s observations, as stated in his book “Mar-a-Lago: Inside the Gates of Power at Donald Trump’s Presidential Palace,” highlight a stark change in Melania’s visibility. Previously, she was a familiar figure at Mar-a-Lago, especially noted in the club’s beauty parlour. However, according to Leamer, “These days, she is rarely seen in public. It’s like a mystery. It’s certainly talked about.”

Leamer, who mentioned he is no longer allowed on the premises, described Melania’s life at Mar-a-Lago as “strange” and “isolated.” He also noted the surprise of many Mar-a-Lago regulars, who he claims are friends, regarding Melania’s absence from the resort’s social life.

The author finds Melania’s infrequent appearances particularly intriguing given the family’s living quarters are situated right off the main hall of the resort, suggesting her seclusion is a personal choice rather than a logistical necessity.
