Mary Trump Reacts to Uncle’s Colorado Ballot Decision with a Familiar Image: ‘In loving memory’

In a surprising ruling from the Colorado Supreme Court, former President Donald Trump has been deemed ineligible to appear on the state’s 2024 presidential primary ballot, citing his involvement in the January 6, 2021, insurrection.

Mary Trump, known for her candid remarks, responded to the news by sharing a humorous image on social media, captioned “In loving memory,” featuring a dozen small ketchup bottles.

The post alludes to a previous incident in December 2020 when Trump, according to former White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson, flung his lunch at a wall upon learning that then-Attorney General Bill Barr found no evidence of widespread fraud in the presidential election.

The ketchup incident left a mess on the wall, becoming a symbol of Trump’s frustration.

Mary Trump’s playful post recalls this episode, providing a lighthearted take on her uncle’s potential reaction to the recent Colorado Supreme Court decision. Trump’s campaign has announced plans to appeal the decision to the U.S. Supreme Court.
