‘She Gravitates Towards Power’: Fox Panel Sparks Frenzy Over Jill Biden and Trump’s ‘Flirtatious Banter’

A surprising interaction between President-elect Donald Trump and outgoing First Lady Jill Biden during the reopening of the Notre Dame Cathedral in France set the internet and media into a frenzy. Fox News hosts speculated that the encounter, described as “flirtatious banter,” revealed Jill Biden’s admiration for Trump—suggesting she “gravitates towards power.”

On Fox’s Outnumbered, co-host Kayleigh McEnany, Trump’s former press secretary, zeroed in on the moment. “Take a careful look at that. That wasn’t a nice conversation, that was outright flirtation,” McEnany remarked.

Fox anchor Harris Faulkner added to the speculation, claiming that Jill Biden’s demeanor around Trump signaled an attraction to his authority. “What you were pointing out, outside of some of the extracurricular activities that you described, I do believe that at this moment that you do want to gravitate—clearly she gravitates towards power,” Faulkner said.

Faulkner also suggested Jill Biden’s actions reflected dissatisfaction with her husband, President Joe Biden. “You’re not in the White House with a husband who really could have sat down long before that debate on June 27,” she said. “Yeah, I’m just gonna say it because it’s the truth.”

Fox Business host Larry Kudlow chimed in with a comment that raised eyebrows further, joking about “heavy-duty petting” between Trump and Jill Biden—though he quickly clarified it was metaphorical. “Oh, it was a metaphor! Well, now we know,” Faulkner responded with a laugh.

Kudlow also claimed Jill Biden discreetly voted for Trump, offering “evidence” in her fashion choices. He pointed out that she wore a red suit on Election Day and again during Trump’s recent visit to the White House, interpreting it as a silent endorsement of the Republican leader. Kudlow argued her admiration for Trump became “public” during the Notre Dame event and that “the evidence was mounting” that both Bidens ultimately supported their political opponent.

The internet quickly took note of the exchange. A user on X commented, “She voted for him. It’s settled science.” Another added, “Haven’t seen Jill look at Joe quite like she’s looking at President Trump.”

While the claims remain pure speculation, the interaction has sparked enthusiasm among Trump’s MAGA base, who saw the camaraderie as both symbolic and amusing. Whether rooted in political commentary or lighthearted analysis, the Notre Dame encounter has offered plenty of fodder for debate and conversation.
