Revelation of Ashley Biden’s Unpaid Tax Bill Sparks Controversy Amid Biden Family’s Financial Scrutiny

A recent report has brought President Joe Biden’s family into the spotlight, with revelations that his youngest daughter, Ashley Biden, has an outstanding unpaid income tax bill of $5,000 dating back to 2015. This news was reported by Fox News on Monday, December 18, 2023, after obtaining a tax lien docket from the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue.

The tax lien, which is a legal claim due to unpaid taxes, was issued in Philadelphia County on December 1, 2023. The notice from the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue indicates that Ashley Biden’s unpaid tax amount, including interest and penalties, is considered a lien against her property. The period for the unpaid taxes spans from January 1, 2015, when Joe Biden was Vice President, to January 1, 2021, just before he became President.

Garrett Ziegler, a former aide to Donald Trump and founder of the nonprofit organization Marco Polo, commented on the matter in an interview with Fox News Digital. He pointed out the discrepancy between President Biden’s public stance on tax fairness and the tax issues faced by his children, including both Ashley and Hunter Biden.

Ziegler stated, “Joe is constantly talking about how wealthy and connected people do not pay their fair share and can’t afford to pay more, and it just so happens that both of his living children did not pay their taxes.” He acknowledged that while Ashley’s situation is not as significant as the controversies surrounding Hunter Biden, it still reflects poorly on the first family’s attentiveness to their financial responsibilities, particularly in an election year.

Ziegler, who is known for creating BidenLaptopMedia.com, a website hosting content from Hunter Biden’s controversial laptop, explained that the discovery of Ashley’s tax lien was part of routine research in the Philadelphia County courthouse system. He emphasized that his team’s efforts are not politically motivated attacks, stating, “This is not a hit job.

We’re going to keep all the photos that paint the Bidens in a good light and keep all the photos that paint the Bidens in a bad light. The American people can judge for themselves what they think about their first family through this.” The revelation of Ashley Biden’s unpaid taxes adds another layer to the ongoing scrutiny of the Biden family’s financial dealings, raising questions about the administration’s commitment to tax compliance and transparency.
