A shocking link between two of the most high-profile men in entertainment has surfaced as model Crystal McKinney accuses both Sean “Diddy” Combs and Harvey Weinstein of sexual assault.
McKinney first filed her allegations against Combs in May 2024, claiming he drugged and sexually assaulted her. That case is now part of a much larger legal battle, with Combs facing serious federal charges that include sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy.

But just as Combs’s legal troubles continue to mount, Weinstein — who has his own long history of accusations — is now facing new claims from McKinney as well. According to court filings obtained by People magazine, McKinney was named in a new complaint filed on May 30, which amends a previous February 2025 lawsuit against Weinstein.
In this latest complaint, McKinney says the incident happened after a modeling executive arranged for her and a friend to meet with Weinstein at a lounge. She says the meeting seemed casual at first, but things escalated quickly when Weinstein invited them back to his hotel room.

There, McKinney claims that Weinstein provided them with alcohol before sexually assaulting them. According to the documents, she says she went along with his demands out of fear.
“I was intoxicated and afraid to speak up,” McKinney says in the filing.
She describes the experience as deeply traumatic, saying it led to years of emotional fallout, including anxiety, depression, and even suicidal thoughts.
Weinstein is currently serving time in California for a separate sexual assault conviction. However, his earlier 2020 conviction in New York — which had been a major milestone in the #MeToo movement — was recently overturned. A court ruled that he had not received a fair trial, which now sets the stage for a possible re-trial.
The timing of McKinney’s new complaint comes at a moment when Weinstein is already facing renewed legal pressure and intense public scrutiny.
At the same time, Sean Combs is also under fire, with his ongoing federal case making headlines nationwide. The music mogul’s name has appeared in multiple lawsuits, but McKinney’s accusation carries even more weight now that she has also spoken out against Weinstein.

While the cases are being handled separately, McKinney’s name appearing in both highlights the disturbing overlap of abuse and power in the modeling and entertainment industries. Her legal team says she is determined to seek justice, not just for herself, but for other women who have been silenced for too long.
Though neither Combs nor Weinstein has responded publicly to the newest claims in the updated filing, the public attention surrounding both cases continues to build.
McKinney’s courage in speaking up against two powerful figures underscores a larger, ongoing reckoning in Hollywood — one where more and more women are refusing to stay silent, no matter who the accused may be.
