Kanye West, already entangled in multiple legal battles, is now facing a new lawsuit that could cost him over $1 million in damages. According to court documents obtained by InTouch Weekly, the plaintiffs include four minors, aged 14 to 17, and several adults.
The individuals are reportedly seeking a default judgment against West’s company, Yeezy, citing severe emotional and psychological harm. The complaint alleges that West, also known as Ye, coerced the plaintiffs into working on a streaming app designed to promote his upcoming album, Vultures 2.
The plaintiffs claim they were promised $120,000 for completing the project but were subjected to a toxic work environment instead. The lawsuit details distressing allegations, including bullying based on ethnicity and sexual orientation, which plaintiffs say caused “emotional distress, humiliation, anxiety, and depression.”
Adding further controversy to the case, West’s wife, Bianca Censori, has also been implicated. According to the lawsuit, Censori allegedly shared inappropriate X-rated files with the team while West was exploring the idea of launching his own adult entertainment brand, Yeezy Porn.
Each plaintiff is seeking approximately $300,000 in damages, according to reports. This new lawsuit marks yet another legal hurdle for the 47-year-old DONDA founder, who is no stranger to ongoing controversies. West is already embroiled in separate lawsuits, including allegations of sexual harassment, breach of contract, and wrongful termination filed by a former assistant who worked for him for two years.
In addition, West faced accusations in October of using his professional influence to spy on ex-wife Kim Kardashian and his current partner, Bianca Censori. With this latest case piling onto his growing legal woes, the troubled rapper’s legal team will face increasing pressure to address the mounting allegations.
