Sean “Diddy” Combs Faces Allegedly Involving Notorious B.I.G. Memorabilia

Just days after being acquitted of federal sex trafficking charges, music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing explosive new legal trouble this time involving graphic allegations tied to the late rapper Notorious B.I.G.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, a man identified only as John Doe has filed a lawsuit against Combs, accusing him of sexual battery, infliction of emotional distress, and other charges stemming from a disturbing incident that allegedly took place in 2020.

The plaintiff claims the incident occurred after a listening party for a project honoring Biggie. Combs allegedly invited Doe and others to a Los Angeles storage facility containing memorabilia from the late rapper. Once there, Doe alleges that Combs supplied various drugs, including ketamine, before leading him into a private room.

There, Combs allegedly engaged in a shocking act involving one of Biggie’s personal items. According to the lawsuit, Combs pleasured himself using one of Biggie’s shirts and then remarked, “RIP Biggie,” after the act was complete.

The suit also references a separate, earlier incident dating back to 2005, in which Combs allegedly pressured Doe to perform oral sex on him. Combs’ legal team has categorically denied the allegations. In a statement to Page Six, his attorneys described the claims as “heinous and uncorroborated,” adding, “We will fight for as long as necessary to win his full vindication.”

This latest lawsuit comes at a time of escalating legal woes for the embattled producer. Although recently acquitted of high-profile sex trafficking charges in federal court, Combs was convicted earlier this month on two charges related to prostitution. His sentencing for those offenses is scheduled for October 3.

Once a towering figure in the music industry, Combs’ reputation has been increasingly mired in controversy. In recent years, multiple legal actions and accusations have been brought against him, placing his career, legacy, and business ventures under intense public scrutiny.

While no criminal charges have yet been filed in connection with the new lawsuit, the detailed allegations and the involvement of Notorious B.I.G.’s memorabilia are likely to further damage Combs’ public image. The late rapper, a close friend and former collaborator of Combs, remains a revered figure in hip-hop history.

As the case proceeds, it is expected to reignite broader conversations about abuse of power, consent, and accountability in the music industry, especially for high-profile figures once seen as untouchable.
