Jackson Wolf, the 16-year-old son of actor Scott Wolf and his estranged wife, Kelley Wolf, publicly addressed his mother’s recent struggle to access their family home in a dramatic episode that played out on social media and involved law enforcement.
In a Tuesday, July 29, Instagram post, Kelley, 48, shared a video detailing her attempt to collect personal items from the couple’s Park City, Utah, residence. The emotional post came two weeks after Scott, 57, attempted to withdraw a restraining order against her, a move not yet approved by a judge, according to Us Weekly.
“This is insane, Mom, what are you doing?” Jackson wrote in the comment section of Kelley’s video a remark that quickly gained traction with nearly 500 likes within eight hours. According to People, the Summit County Sheriff’s Office responded to a “keep the peace” call earlier that morning.
A deputy reportedly escorted Kelley around the home between 9:45 a.m. and 11:34 a.m., after she had already attempted several ways to gain entry before their arrival. In the video, Kelley claimed she had exhausted all options to retrieve essential belongings.

“I’ve done everything humanly possible to retrieve some basic items from my home,” she said, noting that she had been sleeping in her car since being banned from Sundance Mountain Resort. “I’m currently about to meet up with a deputy … who’s going to escort me into my home so I can get some money that I have saved because I now have only $6 to my name,” she added while filming from inside her vehicle.
Kelley, who shares three children with Scott—Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11, described her situation as “pretty f***ing gnarly,” telling followers, “I’m sick of sleeping in my car. I’m sick of being treated like I’m crazy, and by the way, I might be a little crazy.”
She also revealed a deepening financial crisis, stating she had intended to buy property but was “closed out of all my accounts” and now faces a $100,000 charge on her American Express card.
Court records show Scott filed for divorce on June 9 and secured a temporary restraining order on June 25. The order barred Kelley from contacting Scott or their children, citing an “escalating pattern of behavior that poses a substantial threat of immediate and irreparable harm.”
The court also granted Scott sole custody of the children and exclusive use of their home. Kelley was previously detained during an Instagram Live broadcast on June 13 and claimed afterward that she was placed under two involuntary holds by law enforcement.
