Aaron Phypers Reveals Zero Income But $105K Monthly Spending In Divorce

Aaron Phypers, estranged husband of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Denise Richards, is drawing significant attention, not just for filing for divorce, but for the surprising financial disclosures made in newly submitted court documents.

According to paperwork filed on July 7 in Los Angeles Superior Court, Phypers claimed he currently earns no income while incurring personal expenses that total approximately $105,000 each month.

“I had to close down my business last year and have made no income since,” Phypers stated in the filing, as reported by Us Weekly. He said he had been self-employed at a wellness center from November 2018 until October 2024, but has had no income since the business closed.

The documents show Phypers reported an average monthly income of zero and listed no financial assets, no real estate holdings, and no money in any bank accounts.

Despite the absence of income, Phypers outlined an extravagant monthly budget. His listed expenses include $18,000 for rent, $5,000 for repairs, $7,000 for child care, $10,000 on groceries, $15,000 on dining out, and $8,000 for utilities.

Additional costs include $500 for his cell phone bill, $5,000 on laundry, $20,000 for clothing, $15,000 on entertainment, and $1,500 in auto-related expenses. Phypers also noted in the documents that he currently resides with Richards and her 14-year-old daughter, Eloise.

In the same filing, Phypers estimated that Denise Richards earns over $250,000 per month through various sources, including television roles, brand endorsements, public appearances, and her content on OnlyFans.

Phypers officially filed for divorce from Richards on July 7, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the cause for the split. The documents reveal that the couple married on September 8, 2018, and separated on July 4, 2025. As part of the divorce petition, Phypers is seeking spousal support.

The couple’s split comes after nearly six years of marriage and years of public attention due to their reality TV presence and high-profile lifestyle. The financial revelations in Phypers’ filing have added yet another layer of public intrigue to their separation.

As the legal process unfolds, further developments are expected regarding spousal support and division of assets, if any are officially disclosed. For now, Phypers’ claims of zero income and six-figure spending raise as many questions as they answer.
