Fairuza Balk is best known for playing Dorothy Gale in Disney film Return to Oz at the age of 11. She then played some minor roles on television such as in Deceptions, The Worst Witch, Poor Little Rich Girl: The Barbara Hutton Story, Deadly Intentions… Again?, Shame, The Danger of Love, Murder in the Heartland and some others. She won Independent Spirit Award for Best Actress for her performance in film Gas Food Lodging in 1992.
Fairuza Balk rose to prominence with her famous films such as American History X, The Waterboy, Valmont, Personal Velocity: Three Portraits and The Island of Dr. Moreau.
