Healthy Baked Trout Recipe
Ingredients:

2 lb. trout fillet, cut into 6 pieces
3 Tablespoons lime juice (about 2 limes)
1 medium tomato, chopped
1/2 medium onion, chopped
3 Tablespoons cilantro, chopped
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon red pepper (optional)

    Method:

      • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
      • Rinse fish and pat dry. Place in baking dish.
      • In separate dish, mix remaining ingredients together and pour over fish.
      • Bake for 15–20 minutes or until fork-tender.

        Yield: 6 servings
