Music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing another lawsuit, this time filed by his former stylist, who accuses him of years of abuse and intimidation. Deonte Nash, who worked with Combs for more than a decade, filed the complaint this week, alleging a long history of mistreatment.
The lawsuit, obtained by People, accuses Combs of “a decade of sexual and physical assault, sexual and verbal harassment, trafficking, degradation and humiliation, threats to his life and well-being, stalking, control, and psychological manipulation.”
Nash said he continues to fear for his safety and still receives threats connected to his time working under the Bad Boy Records founder. He is seeking compensatory and punitive damages and has requested a jury trial.

The filing comes just days before Combs is scheduled to receive his October 3 sentencing. His legal team has been seeking leniency in the high-profile case, which has drawn widespread attention following multiple allegations of sexual misconduct lodged against him over the past year.
Nash’s lawsuit also follows his testimony four months ago during Combs’ sex trafficking and racketeering trial. On the stand, Combs’ lawyers asked Nash directly whether he planned to pursue a civil case against his former employer. At the time, he said, “No, I’m focused on getting out of here.”
The new claims mark yet another addition to the growing list of legal battles surrounding Combs. Over the past year, several women and associates have accused him of sexual assault and other misconduct, sparking multiple lawsuits and further scrutiny of his career and legacy in the music industry.
Nash alleges that the years he spent working for Combs left him scarred by repeated acts of violence, manipulation, and fear. He said that even now, with the lawsuit filed, he remains concerned about retaliation.

As with previous accusations, Combs has not publicly responded to Nash’s claims. His attorneys are expected to contest the lawsuit as part of their broader legal strategy.
The case is one of several pending against the 54-year-old rapper and producer, who rose to fame in the 1990s and built Bad Boy Records into a powerhouse label. Once celebrated as a music and business icon, Combs now faces mounting allegations that threaten his public image and freedom.
