RFK Jr Slammed for Drinking ‘Dangerous’ Raw Milk With Controversial Influencer Paul Saladino: ‘Are You Kidding?

Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is under fire after appearing in a viral video drinking unpasteurized milk alongside a controversial health influencer during the launch of his commission’s “Make America Healthy Again” (MAHA) report, a document critics say is riddled with misinformation.

The 71-year-old health official celebrated the unveiling of the report by downing a raw milk “shooter” with Paul Saladino, a self-proclaimed health expert known online as Carnivore MD, who promotes a meat-centric diet and regularly pushes anti-mainstream health narratives.

Saladino posted footage of the moment to X (formerly Twitter), writing, “Raw milk shooters at the @WhiteHouse with @RobertKennedyJr.” On Instagram, he praised the interaction, saying, “Cheers🥛 @robertfkennedyjr. Incredibly honored to sit down with Secretary Kennedy and discuss the importance of diet and lifestyle to reverse this health crisis…”

He added that a full podcast featuring Kennedy and several other influencers, including former racing driver Danica Patrick and wellness blogger The Food Babe, would be posted next week on his YouTube channel. Another video shared by Saladino showed him unpacking a cooler filled with raw meat and a smoothie made from raw milk, blueberries, honey, and raw meat, declaring, “We’re taking America back, guys,” as he prepared for the meeting at the White House, as per The Daily Beast.

During their discussion, Kennedy shared details about his daily health habits, revealing that he typically starts his mornings with protein-heavy meals, practices intermittent fasting, and avoids processed foods. “I don’t eat processed foods. I don’t eat anything that comes in a pack and I don’t eat anything that has more than three ingredients,” he said.

However, Kennedy’s decision to drink raw, unpasteurized milk, a product the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) warn can pose serious health risks, has sparked concern from health professionals. Dr. Noha Aboelata, a physician, took to X to express her disbelief. “You just can’t make this stuff up, as per the Irish Star.

The head of the US Health and Human Services celebrates the release of his fraudulent report with a ‘health influencer’ by consuming a product deemed dangerous by the agencies he oversees. Make it make sense.” The incident has further fueled criticism surrounding the MAHA report, with public health experts and fact-checkers already raising alarms over inaccuracies and unverified claims contained in the commission’s findings. As backlash mounts, the HHS has not issued an official response.
